Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information Adomi Software, LLC ("Adomi Software, LLC", "we", "us") collects when you use our software, websites and messaging programs, how we use it, and the choices you have. It also covers our SMS program, in which you can text with your business's virtual agent.
Information we collect
- Account and contact information: your name, business name, email address and mobile phone number, provided when you or your organization sign up, link a phone number, or contact us.
- Messages: the content of text messages and in-app messages you exchange with our services, including the sender and recipient numbers, timestamps, and any files or images you send (for example a photo of a receipt).
- Business records you ask us to work with: the to-dos, contacts, quotations, expenses and similar records that you or your organization create or reference through our services.
- Usage and technical data: log data such as IP address, browser or device type, pages visited, timestamps, and message counts used for billing.
- Billing information: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your subscription status and the last digits of your payment method; we do not store full card numbers.
How we use information
- To provide, operate and improve the services, including delivering the messages you send and receive and carrying out the actions you request (for example creating a to-do or a draft quotation).
- To send the SMS messages you have opted in to: verification codes, replies to your texts, and reminders you or your organization configured.
- To verify that a phone number belongs to the person using it, and to protect against spoofing, abuse and unauthorized access.
- To bill subscriptions and measure usage.
- To respond to support requests and to comply with legal obligations.
SMS program and opt-in data
You opt in to receive text messages by entering your mobile number in the application and confirming a one-time verification code, or by texting your organization's agent number. Message frequency varies with your use. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Mobile information, including phone numbers and consent to receive text messages, is never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the services:
- Service providers acting on our behalf, under contract, such as Twilio (message delivery), Stripe (payments), cloud hosting providers, and the large-language-model providers that generate the agent's replies. These providers may only use the information to provide their services to us.
- Your organization: messages you exchange with your organization's agent, and the records created from them, are stored in your organization's own system and are visible to its administrators under its own policies.
- Legal reasons: when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety and property of Adomi Software, LLC, our users or others.
- Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
We do not sell personal information.
Data retention
We keep information for as long as your account or your organization's subscription is active and as needed to provide the services, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Text-message content held on our relay systems is retained only briefly for delivery. You can ask us to delete your account data; we may retain limited records as required by law.
Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including encryption in transit, signed and verified webhooks, and per-user access controls inside the application. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
- Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or by removing your number in the application.
- Access, correct or delete your personal information by contacting us.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws; we honor them in accordance with those laws.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses and their adult users. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest revision; material changes will be communicated through the services.
